This document ("Terms and Conditions") forms a legal agreement between crikia ("Platform", "we", "our") and any person who uses the crikia website or related services ("User", "you"). By accessing or using any crikia service, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the crikia platform or using any games, betting features, or other services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents are considered an integral part of these terms and conditions.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

Each person may open only one account on the crikia platform. Multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same person are strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for any transactions or activities carried out through your account. Transferring your account to a third party or allowing others to use it is prohibited.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

crikia reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. We reserve the right to hold withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at crikia is ৳200 (two hundred taka). We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Nagad — Digital Wallet
• Rocket — Mobile Banking

All deposits must be made from an account registered in the same name. Deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous sources will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Withdrawals will not be processed until active bonus wagering requirements have been met. crikia reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the crikia platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

crikia offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳5,000.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Example: ৳12,000 deposited → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x (twenty-five times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be multiplied by 25, and that total must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by crikia.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for placing bets.
• If the original deposit is withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or the same device are not permitted.
• crikia reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

6 Gaming Rules and Guidelines

6.1 Game Integrity

All games operated on the crikia platform use software from accredited game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fully impartial and verifiable.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical fault or server outage, crikia will review the relevant game history and provide a reasonable resolution. Incorrect bonuses or winnings displayed due to a fault are not valid, and crikia is not obliged to pay them.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Specific maximum bet limits may apply when using a bonus, and these will be stated in the bonus offer details.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crikia platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to move funds obtained illegally.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Submitting false identities or fraudulent documents.
• Attempting to harass, defraud, or harm other users.
• Applying coordinated or group betting strategies against crikia.
• Conducting any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the account concerned will be immediately cancelled, all balances will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 At the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed (subject to wagering requirements being met).

8.2 At crikia's Discretion

crikia reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• As required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory guidance.

10 Limitation of Liability

crikia accepts no liability for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to internet connection issues.
• Transactions failing due to reasons beyond your control (such as ISP issues or power outages).
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Your account credentials being carelessly disclosed or stolen.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crikia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Gaming is a leisure activity — no guarantee of financial gain is made.
